No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

All purchases made through SliCare are considered final sale.

This policy applies to:

  • Unopened products
  • Used or unused items

We cannot restock or resell personal care items once they have left our facility.

For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Refunds are not issued
  • Exchanges are not offered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified after checkout


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may be restricted from future purchases.
