Thank you for shopping with SliCare. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on https://slicare.com.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Weekends
  • Dutch public holidays

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped using PostNL or a similar trusted logistics partner.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Netherlands
1–3 business days

European Union
3–7 business days

International (Outside EU)
7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.

Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered during special campaigns.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

SliCare is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

SliCare is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

While we will do our best to assist you, SliCare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
